1. What is ebay Store & More? 

We specialize in selling items on ebay for people who do not have the time, knowledge, or Internet access.

2. Why shouldn't I sell items myself?

You could...Just as you could paint your own house, or change the oil in your car. But most people know they will get better service and results if they hire an expert with the right training, experience, tools, and time. To sell on ebay and keep buyers happy takes a great deal of time and work.  If you have ever worked with the public, you are aware that there are all different types of personalities.  When you sell on ebay you are communicating with people all over the world.  Not answering emails, or not being able to be at a computer to accept an offer can severly lessen your chances of a sale.  This is our full time job.  We always have our computers near by so that we are able to respond with the buyer almost instantly.

3. Can I bring my items in at any time? 

Yes, during normal business hours.  When you bring your items in they must be clean and ready to sell.  We do NOT wash, repair, or deep clean items.  Merchandise is quickly wiped down before shipment to give it a shine.

4. How long does it take to receive my check?

We will get you your check to you as soon as possible. It usually takes about two weeks after the auction ends.  We do have to wait on the buyer though.  It depends on their promptness, and payment method the buyer uses.  We do give our buyers a limited time to pay; if that time frame is not met we contact ebay and put a clam against their account.  The claim freezes their ebay use until the payment is made.

5. What does it cost to sell my item with ebay Store & More?

Listing your item is free.  After your item sells we deduct our commission, which is 33% of an item sold under 500.00.  If your item sells for over 500.00, our commission is 25%. T he commission does go down with larger sales. After our commission is deducted along with Paypal fees, we will send you a check for the amount of what is owed to you.

6. How do we determine the re-sale price?

If you do not know what you want to re-sale your item for, we will complete an advance search to compare your item with other similar items that have been sold in the past two months.
